        1、 Property rights division and maintenance management

1. According to the regulations on the management of urban water supply and water conservation in Ningbo, the property right demarcation point of water supply facilities is trade settlement water meter. The water supply pipeline and ancillary facilities (outdoor) between the water source side of the water meter (including) shall be maintained and managed by the water supply enterprise; the water supply pipeline and ancillary facilities (indoor) on the other side of the water meter shall be maintained and managed by the housing property right unit.

2. In case of sudden water leakage of water supply pipeline and auxiliary facilities, call Qingquan hotline 96390.

3. For the repair of outdoor water supply pipes and ancillary facilities, or users' complaints about water quality and water pressure, please call the Qingquan hotline 96390 or report the repair online.

   2、 Water application procedures

1. Residential water application

Application conditions: for residents within the scope of water supply service of Ningbo water supply Co., Ltd., there is no arrearage of water meter before application.

Certificate required: real estate ownership certificate and ID card

Handling process: residents who need to apply for installation can go to the nearest water supply business window with the required certificates.

2. Unit water application (including storefront house, excluding real estate development)

Application conditions: unit users within the water supply service scope of Ningbo water supply Co., Ltd.

Handling process: the unit customers who need to apply for installation can go to the nearest water supply business window with the company seal, and promise to provide the following information (no need to carry it when applying).

General unit customers: ① project approval document (copy); ② planning red line map (copy); ③ water supply and drainage general layout plan (copy)

Storefront customers: ① real estate ownership certificate ② ID card

   3、 Water installation procedure

(applicable to projects without external lines, excluding real estate development)

1. Time limit

The acceptance survey shall be completed within 1 working day, and the surface installation and water supply shall be completed within 1 working day. (the time limit involved does not include delays caused by natural factors, work stoppage required during major government events, and objective customer reasons.)

2. Acceptance criteria

In accordance with the "design standard for building water supply and drainage" and "code for construction and acceptance of water supply and drainage pipeline engineering" and other relevant specifications.

   4、 How to get VAT invoice of water charge

In order to obtain the VAT invoice of water charge, the unit user must meet the following conditions:

(1) it has the qualification of general VAT taxpayer, and the name of the company is consistent with the name of the account opened in our company.

(2) the water fee settlement agreement has been handled, and the water fee is settled through bank collection.

After meeting the above conditions, customers can go to the nearest water supply business window to register VAT users with invoice information (including billing name, tax number, address, contact number, bank and account number, etc.) and official seal. The VAT invoice of water charge shall be issued from the month following the handling date.

   5、 User change transfer

If the customer needs to change the water user due to the transfer or transfer of the property right of the house, the new customer shall bring the real estate ownership certificate and ID card to the nearest water supply business window to handle the transfer procedures. If there is no arrearage, the fee will be charged according to the new account name from next month.

   6、 Water meter out of service (account closed)

If the customer needs to remove the water meter to stop using water due to house demolition or other reasons, he / she should go to the nearest water supply business window to go through the procedures of removing the meter and reporting the suspension (cancellation) and pay the water fee.

The removal agreement shall be provided for the cancellation of the household. The residential user shall bring the real estate ownership certificate and ID card, and the unit user shall bring the real estate ownership certificate and the official seal of the unit.

   7、 Change of bank collection account

If the unit customer who collects water charges through the bank needs to change the collection information due to the change of the opening bank or bank account number, it shall go through the change procedures at the nearest water supply business window in time, and re sign the water charge settlement agreement.
