   1、 Content of service commitment

   2、 Service commitment standards

1. Water quality

The quality of water supply shall be in strict accordance with the hygienic standard for drinking water. If the customer has doubts about the water quality, he shall go to the site for inspection and sampling within 12 hours after receiving the feedback, and inform the customer of the inspection results and treatment opinions.

2. Water supply pressure

The water supply pressure of the pipe network is in accordance with the standard of the Ministry of construction of the people's Republic of China, and the service pressure of the municipal pipe network is higher than 140 kPa. Customers report that the water pressure drops or there is no water. They should go to the site for inspection within 12 hours, and inform the customers of the inspection results and treatment opinions.

3. Water supply business acceptance

(1) when the customer applies for water supply account opening and modification, it shall be accepted immediately after providing valid certificates and materials; after acceptance, the site survey shall be completed within 1 working day, and the results shall be informed to the customer.

(2) the application for water supply account opening of real estate community development project shall be accepted immediately after providing valid certificates and materials; after acceptance, the on-site survey shall be completed within 2 working days, and the results shall be informed to customers.

(3) if the customer applies for transfer of ownership, it will take effect on the same day if the conditions are met; if the application for change of water nature is met, the charges will be charged according to the actual water price in the next month.

4. Water supply engineering installation

(1) after the customer's water supply scheme is determined, if the customer completes the road excavation and other procedures, and meets the construction conditions, the construction will be carried out within 1 working day.

(2) after the water supply scheme of the real estate community development project is determined, the customer completes the road excavation and other procedures, and enters the construction site within 10 working days after the construction conditions are met.

5. Meter reading fee

(1) if the customer has any objection to the meter reading measurement or water fee calculation, he / she shall go to the site for review within 18 hours after receiving the feedback, and inform the customer of the results.

(2) when the customer's trade settlement water meter fails (such as staying, stopping, breaking, polluting, etc.), which affects the accurate measurement, the water meter shall be replaced within 3 days after receiving the customer's feedback or the meter reader finding out.

6. Maintenance of water supply facilities

Customer trade settlement water meter nozzle leakage or water meter inlet valve damage, after receiving customer's feedback, repair within 24 hours.

7. Qingquan hotline service

1. Be friendly and patient to customers.

(2) after receiving the hotline, the hotline should handle the case immediately, supervise the handling in time, and give a clear reply within two days.

8. Professional ethics

(1) the staff should wear certificates and be polite.

(2) in business work, it is not allowed to accept gifts and banquets that affect the fair performance of official duties.

   3、 Complaints and compensation

The majority of customers can directly complain to our company's Qingquan hotline 96390 for the loss caused by the company's failure to fulfill the commitment of water supply service. The company will send personnel to handle it on site, and reply the complainants with the handling opinions within 5 working days, and make certain economic compensation according to the verified breach of contract.
